Our 2015 Parish Festival was a huge success.
Thank you to all who attended, volunteered, sponsored, or in any way
participated.
Just a few facts:
- 4 Bands performed over the 3 day festival.
- Our new items: Snow Cones and Jalapeno Bleenies, were big hits.
- Our Basket Raffle contained over 60 theme baskets.
- Our Rummage Sale contained well over 1000 items.
- Among our visitors this year were people from our local area, Philadelphia, Reading, Harrisburg, and our winner for the farthest traveler: Archbishop Mieczyslaw Mokrzycki of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Lviv of the Latins in the Ukraine.
- We sold approximately:
- 2800 servings of Bean Soup
- 650 pounds of Halushki
- 2000 pounds of Bleenie Batter
- 7000 Fried Pierogies
- 6000 Boiled Pierogies
- 150 pounds of Kielbasi
- 1200 Halupkies
- 250 Hamburgers
- 480 Bandukies
- 25 pounds of Bar-B-Q
- Countless Desserts, Treats, and Drinks
